As FRS and FRS/GMRS Hybrid radios gain in popularity, there is an almost never-ending list of uses for them. Here’s a start at listing at least 101 uses; if you have more, please send them to me!

Important: Please do not use FRS or FRS/GMRS radios with the expectation that you will be able to reach someone in an emergency. The extremely short range of these radios makes it very unlikely that anyone outside of your party will ever here you. If you need emergency wireless communications, use a cell phone.
